We’re thrilled to welcome Alex Palmer to ELE as our new Operations Director.
His impressive career includes 12 years at Rolls-Royce, working both in the UK and Poland, including senior leadership roles at Barnoldswick. Over the years, Alex has held key positions including Production Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Manager – giving him deep, hands-on insight into all aspects of operations.
His decision to join ELE reflects a shared alignment of values and a focus on operational excellence. With a strong belief in teamwork and continuous improvement, Alex is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving meaningful change that delivers long-term results.
