Now as CEO, David is committed to strengthening customer relationships, expanding ELE’s international footprint, and driving forward its sustainability agenda. With over 20 years’ experience spanning property, leisure, retail, and manufacturing sectors globally, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise to ELE. Her recent role in a fast-paced, private equity-backed business earned her the title of Northern Finance Director of the Year 2023 in the Turnaround category, recognising her leadership in driving profitability and securing investment for long-term transformation.

As CFO, Rebecca applies a pragmatic and driven approach to financial leadership, helping ELE navigate growth opportunities with confidence. Her strategic insight and operational excellence are central to ELE’s continued success in delivering innovative engineering solutions to global markets.
